Unlike any other venue in the city, The Lakehouse sits directly on the water, overlooking the marina where sailboats and masts dot the horizon. Throughout the day, guests can watch boats pass by, see sunlight dance across the water, and experience the relaxing movement of the marina — creating an atmosphere that feels both serene and cinematic.

Our indoor space offers expansive water and marina views through towering windows that flood the room with natural light. With flexible design options and a layout that accommodates up to 299 guests, the space easily adapts for ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, or any celebration requiring an elevated setting.

There is ample room for a dance floor, lounge areas, statement florals, audiovisual setups, and anything else you envision.

OUTDOOR

8,000+ square feet of waterfront possibilities.
Step outside to one of the only freestanding event spaces in New Orleans situated directly on the water. Our outdoor area is ideal for:

  • Sunset wedding ceremonies

  • Outdoor cocktail hours

  • Al fresco dinner seating

  • Dancing beneath the stars

A stylish space for intimate events.
Our on-site condo can host up to 75 guests, making it an ideal setting for:

  • Rehearsal dinners

  • Showers

  • Welcome parties

  • Private cocktail gatherings

    • 2 x 82” rectangular tables with 20 soft seating chairs

    • 4 x 60” round tables with 50 white chairs

    • 4 x 30” high-top tables with 12 barstools

    • 2 sofas, 1 coffee and 4 accent chairs

    • 4 sets of outdoor furniture

  • Open flame candles are permitted. We ask that nothing is applied to the walls or buildings. We do not allow loose confetti, glitter, or flower petals to be used on the property. All decor items must be set up and taken down during your rental timeframe.

  • The venue is available for load-in 4 hours prior to the event and for load-out 1 hour after the event. Additional time may be requested, subject to approval and availability.

  • Easy, Direct Access on Lakeshore Drive
    Guests enjoy convenient parking along Lakeshore Drive and in nearby Lakeshore and West End public areas. The waterfront layout offers open, easy-to-navigate parking, without the congestion or limited access common in downtown or French Quarter venues.
